Section 70(3) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(3)An order of forfeiture under sub-section (2) shall be made,-(i)in the case of a teacher or a member of the non-teaching staff of an affiliated college, by the officer authorized under clause (i) of the said sub-section; and(ii)in the case of an officer, teacher or employee of the University, by the Vice-Chancellor.
