Section 7(2) in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983
(2)Divisional Forest Officers are authorised to sanction the occupation of Forest Rest Houses by non-Gazetted Officers other than of Forest Department travelling on duty temporarily for specified time and by name in each case.
