Section 30(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019
(1)The purchaser and the contract farming producer shall, on contravention or breach of contract made under thisAct, in addition to un-liquidated damages, or compensation and liquidated damages, be liable to pay a fine of not exceeding fifteen thousand rupees and one thousand five hundred rupees, respectively, as may be prescribed.
