19. Dean of Innovation creativity and Entrepreneurship and Student welfare.
(1)The Dean of Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship and student welfare shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of Kulpati.(2)Dean appointed under sub-section (1) shall be a whole-time salaried officer:Provided that the Executive Council may, if it is considered necessary, appoint, on the recommendation of Kulpati, as teacher, not below the rank of a Reader for a period not exceeding two years to discharge the duties of the Dean, in addition to his duties as such teacher, and, in such case, the Executive Council may sanction a suitable allowance to be paid to him.(3)The terms and conditions of service and duties and powers of the Dean shall be prescribed by the Statute.
