Section 4(3) in Chhattisgarh Private Placement Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2014
(3)After verification, the Controlling Authority or any Officer Authorized by him shall obtain : -(a)No Objection Certificate from the concerned Superintendent of Police;(b)The verification report shall be prepared by Superintendent of Police, in which particulars of the applicant and every person in whose name the antecedent form is filled up.
