123. Other duties.
- In addition in the other duties specially empowered by these rules it shall be the duty of the Secretary-(1)to take charge of all records of the District Council;(2)to keep the books of the District Council;(3)to keep a list of business for the time being before the District Council;(4)to Superintend the typing or printing of all papers ordered by the Chairman to be typed or printed;(5)to make out from time to time a list of all Select Committee's sittings;(6)to assist the District Council and all Select Committees in such manner as they may direct;(7)to write all letters directed by the Chairman of the District Council to be written.
