Section 18(1) in The Lovely Professional University Act, 2005
(1)The following shall be the Authorities of the University, namely :-(i)the Governing Council;(ii)the Academic Council;(iii)the Executive Council;(iv)the Finance Committee; and(v)such other bodies, as may be declared by the Statute to be the Authorities of the University.
