Section 37 in Wild Life (Protection) Punjab Rules, 1975
37. Bill, cash memo or voucher how to be maintained.
(1)Every bill, cash memo or voucher as the case may be referred to in rule 36 shall be in triplicate and serially numbered.(2)The duplicate and triplicate copy of every bill, cash memo or voucher shall be retained by the Licensee and the original copy :-(a)in the case of a bill or cash memo shall be given to the purchaser.(b)in the case of a voucher, shall be given to the owner of the trophy.(3)Every book containing blank vouchers shall be presented to the Chief Wild Life Warden or the authorised Officer for affixing his initials or stamp on such book before it is brought into use.(4)The duplicate copy of every bill, cash memo or voucher shall be sent alongwith the monthly return referred to in rule 39.
