Section 10(i) in The Orissa Sports Authorities Act, 1994
(i)preside over all meetings of the Selection Committee to be constituted for appointment, whether by promotion or selection, to posts of Junior Coaches, Junior Sports Managers, Junior Physical Education Teachers and such other posts of the Sports Authority as may be decided by the Authority;
