Section 131(1) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(1)The Returning Officers for the constituencies mentioned in the first column of Appendix II of these rules shall be the persons respectively specified in the corresponding entry in the second column thereof.
