Section 68(5) in Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition and Control) Rules, 2014
(5)While fixing the MRP of liquor, the same shall be rounded off to the next higher multiple of:(a)Rupees ten in the case of one litre and above;(b)Rupees five in the case of 180 ml and above;(c)Rupees five in the case of beer of all sizes whether in bottle or can.
