Section 19(1) in Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2011
(1)In the event of suspension or temporary absence of the Registrar or the Finance officer, the Chancellor may authorise any other suitable officer of the University to perform the duties of the Registrar or the Finance officer, as the case may be.
