1. Short title and commencement.
2. Denomination of coins.
- The coins of the following denominations shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of "Golden Jubilee of Indo Pak War 1965", namely:-3. Dimension and composition of coins.
- The coins of the denominations mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:-| Denomination of coin | Shape and outside diameter | Number of serrations | Metal composition |

4. Design.
- The design of the coins shall be as under:-5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.
- The standard weight of the coins of the following denominations, coined to commemorate the occasion of "Golden Jubilee of Indo Pak War 1965" and the remedy allowed in making of such coins shall be as specified in the Table, below:-Table| Denomination of coin | Standard weight | Remedy allowed | |

| Five Rupees | 6 Grams | 1/100th plus or minus for Copper and Zinc, that is to say,Copper could vary from 74 percent to 76 percent and Zinc from 19per cent. to 21 per cent. and 1/200th plus or minus for Nickel,that is to say, Nickel could vary from 4.5 per cent. to 5.5 percent. | 1/40th plus or minus, that is to say, the weight could bevarying from 5.85 gram to 6.15 gram |
