(1)The Appointing Authority shall make the appointment of the candidates in the same order as their names appear in the list prepared, as the case may be, under Rule 15, 16 or 17, subject to conditions of sub-rule (2). The recruitments to the posts of Assistant Research Officer/Research Officer shall be published in Government Gazette;
