Section 33 in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
33. Daily hours of work for young persons.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, no young person shall' be required or allowed to work whether all an employee or otherwise in any establishment for more than six hours in a day.(2)No young person shall be required or allowed to work whether as an employee or otherwise in any establishment for more than three hours in any day unless he has had an interval for rest of at least half an hour.
