Section 6(1) in Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act (Kerala) Rules, 2014
(1)In the case of acquisition of land in any Scheduled Area is contemplated, the consent of all Panchayats or other local self government institutions within the local limits of which the said area is situate has to be obtained.
