- In section 35 of the Wealth-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for clause (aa) the following clause shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of June, 1999, namely:-"(aa) a wealth-tax authority may amend any intimation or deemed intimation under subsection (1) of section 16;".Expenditure-tax
