Section 15 in Haryana District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2016
15. Decisions of the Foundation.
(1)All the decisions by the trustees shall be taken in the meeting of the Governing Council by the majority of the members present and if required, by voting. In case of the tie the Chairperson of the meeting shall have a casting vote. Every meeting of the Governing Council shall be deemed to be a meeting of the trust.(2)The Government may issue directions and guidelines from time to time for working of the foundation and foundation shall act in accordance with the same.
