(6)The Registrar shall then proceed:-(i)To invite applications through advertisement;(ii)To procure suggestions from such members of the staff as deemed fit; and(iii)To contact other appropriate institution, agencies and outstanding experts for suggestions as for example Indian Council of Agricultural Research, the appropriate Departments of the State Government and other Colleges and Universities.
