7. Award Programme.
(a)This awards would be presented to the journalists once every financial year either at state headquarters or in any other place in the state on the occasion of "Press Day".(b)Journalists selected for awards would have to be personally present to receive the awards except in those cases where the award is being conferred posthu mously.
