Section 92(1) in Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1998
(1)The Commission may direct from time to time the model conditions of supply to be adopted by the licensee, with such variations as the Commission may direct and the licensee shall furnish to the Commission the finalised conditions of supply for approval.
