Section 10 in The M.P. Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Rules, 1998

10. Officers authorised to examine records and documents.

- For the purpose of sub-section (2) of Section 15, the following officers shall be the officers authorised by the State Government to examine records or documents maintained by the appointing authorities for implementation of the provisions of the Act, in offices located in areas mentioned against each namely :-
