Section 48(3) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007
(3)Every such list of valid nomination shall be prepared in Form - 14(a) and the Returning Officer shall immediately after its preparation cause a copy of the list so prepared to be affixed in some conspicuous place in his office as well as in the main office of the Municipality.
