(2)The premises licensed for the retail vend of foreign liquor in a proprietary club, the profits of which are divisible among the share holders or members may be kept open for sale of liquor from 10 AM to 10 PM.Provided that the dak bungalows and non-proprietary clubs, the profits of which are not divisible among the shareholders or members, may be kept open from 10 AM to 12 midnight.
