Section 14(5) in The Chennai Corporation Servants Conduct Rules, 1968
(5)Seditious propaganda or the expressing of disloyal sentiments by a Corporation servant shall be regarded as sufficient ground for dispensing with his services. Such a conduct in the case of a pensioner shall be dealt with under Article 351 of the Civil Service Regulations.
