Section 3(iii) in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
(iii)The Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, and the members of the Governing Body and Executive Council and the Academic Council for the time being holding office shall constitute a body Corporate by the name of the Jharkhand University of Technology.
