Section 33(1) in The Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (C.G.) Adhiniyam, 1987
(1)The Finance Committee shall be responsible for the financial management of the University and shall consist of the following members :-(i)Vice-Chancellor-Chairman;(ii)Secretary to Government of Chhattisgarh, Finance Department;(iii)Secretary to Government of Chhattisgarh, Agriculture Department;(iv)Secretary to Government of Chhattisgarh, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services Department;(v)Director of Agriculture, Raipur;(vi)Director of Veterinary Services, Raipur.
