Section 6(1) in The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Rules, 2017
(1)The Director-General of the Bureau may post any employee at any time, in any post, not lower in the Level in the Pay Matrix than the post for which the employee was recruited.
