Section 108(1) in High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2005
(1)All applications for grant of anticipatory bail shall be supported with an affidavit of the applicant clearly stating the name of the advocate he has engaged and whether any such bail application has been previously filed or not. In exceptional cases a relative of the applicant or the persons engaging the lawyer in the High Court may submit an affidavit in support of the application.
