1. By way of this petition learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking limited prayer to direct the concerned learned Family Court Durg to decide the application filed by the petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C. registered in Cri.MJC. No.727/2023 (Meera Dewangan Vs. Neeraj Kumar Dewangan) in expeditious manner.
2. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner and nature of pending application, this Court hopes and trusts that the concerned Family Court shall make earnest endeavor to conclude the aforesaid case expeditiously.
3. With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of.
