4. The number and categories of other employees of Family Court.
(a)The number and categories of other employees of Family Court shall be as specified in the Schedule appended to these rules.(b)The conditions of service of the employees shall be that as applicable to their counterparts under the Orissa District and Subordinate Courts' Ministerial Service (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1969.
