10. Quorum for the Apex Committee.
(1)At all the meetings of the Apex Committee, the quorum shall be one third of the members and all the resolutions shall be carried by a majority of the members present and voting.(2)If there is no quorum for the meeting, the meeting shall be adjourned and reconvened at a date and time not later than three days from the original meeting date.(3)For the adjourned Apex Committee meeting, no quorum is required and resolutions may be carried by a majority of the members present and voting.(4)At a requisitioned Apex Committee meeting, the items specified in the agenda alone shall, normally, be discussed. Any other subjects will be discussed only with the express permission of the Chairman.
