(3)Every E.D. ballot paper shall have a counterfoil attached thereto and shall be in such form and shall have such particulars as may be determined by the Election Commission. The names of candidates shall be arranged on the E.D. ballot paper in the same order in which they appear in the list of contesting candidates and shall be in Hindi in the Devanagari script.
