- The rules in this Chapter relate to the Departmental Cash Accounts kept by the courts. The heads of accounts thus kept by the courts in their administrative capacity include :(1)Salaries of establishment [see Appendix A, Treasury Manual, page (iii)].(2)Travelling allowance of establishment.(3)Fixed stationery allowance.(4)Contingencies (see G.L. No. 45-180-1(a) of 7-10-1939).(5)Miscellaneous, such as :(a)sale-proceeds of forms :(b)sale-proceeds of old furniture, disused belts and badges, and the like, and fruit and grass in court compounds;(c)sale-proceeds of waste paper, stationary boxes, etc.
