Section 10(1) in The Punjab Industrial Facilitation Act, 2005
(1)The District Level Nodal Agency shall provide official support or any other relevant information to the District Committee and forward applications complete in all respects for clearance to the concerned competent authority within a period of three working days from the date of their receipt.
