Section 2(2) in The Maharashtra Electricity Consumption of Electrical Energy (Restriction) Order, 1974
(2)Where the connections are sanctioned on or after the 1st day of January, 1974 but before the 1st day of May, 1974 for cotton textile industry or where the connections are sanctioned on or after the 1st day of February, 1974 but before the 1st day of May, 1974 for any other industrial purpose or where the connections are sanctioned on or after the 1st day of November, 1973 but before the 1st day of May, 1974 for any commercial or domestic purpose, the actual energy consumed in the six months from and inclusive of the month in which the connections were sanctioned;
