Section 6 in Rajasthan Biological Diversity Rules, 2010
6. Nomination and Term of office and Allowances of non-official member.
(1)Five non-official members from amongst the experts in matters relating to conservation of biological diversity, sustainable use of biological resources and equitable sharing of benefits arising out of the use of biological resources shall be nominated by the State Government.(2)The non-official Member of the Board shall hold the office for a period of three years at a time, from the date of nomination.(3)The non-official Member shall be entitled to sitting allowance, travelling expenses, daily allowance and such other allowances, as may be fixed by the State Government for attending the meeting (s) of the Board.
