Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Agricultural Loans (Taqavi) Rules, 1958
(1)Applications for Taqavi loans may be made in 'writing to any Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar, on printed form 1, to be supplied free of charge at the Tehsil or on plain paper without any stamp.
