Section 56(1) in Himachal Pradesh Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1979
(1)The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965 (16 of 1965), as in force in the areas added to Himachal Pradesh under section 5 of the Punjab Re-organisation Act, 1966 (31 of 1966) is hereby repealed:Provided that the repeal of any such enactment shall not affect-(a)the previous operation of such enactment or anything duly done or suffered thereunder, or(b)any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under such enactment, or(c)any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against such enactment, or(d)any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid; and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced, and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if this Act had not been passed.
