36. Nature of work for Grade 'B' Electrical Contractors.
- Grade 'B' Electrical Contractors shall be eligible to take up the following electrical Installation works namely;(i)Low and medium voltage electrical installations with a connected load not exceeding.(a)50HP/37.5KW with wireman permit holders without I.T.I. Qualifications, and(b)75HP/56KW with Wireman Permit Holder with I.T.I. Qualification.(ii)All low and medium voltage electrical installations without any limitations in the connected load provided the contractor employees a supervisor holding appropriate certificate of competency and permit granted by the Board for direct supervision of the works undertaken by him.
