Section 1835 in The Central Motor Vehicles (Accreditation of Bus Body Builders) Order, 2007

S.O.425(E) 23rd March, 2007. - Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest to notify certain norms and process in respect of the accreditation of bus body builders, it therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (3) of section 109 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988) makes the following order to specify such norms and process, namely :-
