Section 189(8) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(8)The Managing Director may, by order in writing, delegate any of his powers or functions to any officer or servant of the sugar mill. He may, at any time, withdraw the powers or functions delegated by him. The exercise or discharge of any power or function as delegated shall be subject to such restrictions, limitations and conditions as may be laid down by the Managing Director and shall also be subject to his control and revision. All such delegation of powers or functions of Managing Director shall be placed before the Board for its information.
