Section 378(a) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(a)The Sub-Divisional Office is required to inspect the Office Qanungo's office at least once a year. The inspection should, so far as possible, be finished in the hot weather or rains and should not be left over for the cold weather tour which is intended primarily for the inspection of Inspector's work.
