378. Inspection of Office Qanungos Office.
(a)The Sub-Divisional Office is required to inspect the Office Qanungo's office at least once a year. The inspection should, so far as possible, be finished in the hot weather or rains and should not be left over for the cold weather tour which is intended primarily for the inspection of Inspector's work.(b)Before starting the inspection of the Officer Qanungo's office, the Sub-Divisional Officer should carefully go through all the inspection notes including those recorded by the Tehsildar or the Naib-Tehsildar during the year. This will enable him to decide which branches need his attention the most. He should try to inspect as many branches as possible, but the following should never be left uninspected as they are much too important to be ignored:-
