Section 16(16) in Export of Fresh, Frozen and Processed Fish and Fishery Products (Quality Control and Inspection and Monitoring) Rules, 1995
16.1A fee of Rs. 2,000/- shall be paid by the processing Establishment/Factory Vessel along with the application for approval as per Clause No. 11 of these rules.
