(1)The Executive Council shall be the chief executive body of the University.(2)The Executive Council shall consist of not more than ten members of whom two members shall be, --(a)The Secretary to Government in-charge of Higher Education Department, ex-officio;(b)The Director of Collegiate Education, ex-officio.(3)The powers and functions of the Executive Council, shall be such as may be prescribed.
