7. Appointment of Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety.
- The Central Government may appoint one or more Commissioners of Metro Railway Safety.(2)[ The Commissioner shall function under the administrative control of the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety appointed under section 5 of the Railways Act, 1989.] [Substituted by Act No. 34 of 2009.]
