(1)Any Police Officer empowered in this behalf by the Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad may arrest without warrant any person for an offence specified in Section 68 of this Act.(2)Any Police Officer may, on the information of any person in possession or charge of any dwelling house, private building or land or ground attached thereto, arrest without warrant any person alleged to have committed therein or thereon an offence punishable under Section 59 of this Act.
