17. Sale memorandum to be given in respect of sales.
(1)Every dealer when selling any notified drug shall give to the purchaser a memorandum of sale containing particulars of the sale, and obtain the purchaser's signature on the counterfoil of such memorandum.(2)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, prescribe the other particulars to be contained in such memorandum of sale and counterfoil thereof.
