Section 69(i) in The Haryana New Mandi Townships Building Rules, 1967
(i)be formed of suitable material to secure adequate durability and this requirement shall be deemed to be satisfied if new cast iron pipes conforming to British Standard Specification No. 416-1935 for medium grade pipes or lead pipes, conforming to either British Standard Specification No. 602-1939 or No. 603-1935 are used;
